The small single-phase single-barrel water bath explosion-proof industrial vacuum cleaner, also known as the immersion water bath explosion-proof industrial vacuum cleaner, is an industrial cleaning equipment specially designed for explosive hazardous environments. It inhales flammable and explosive dust, particles, etc. from industrial sites into a water filter barrel filled with water or inert liquid, where thorough water immersion and sedimentation occur. The liquid serves as a filtration medium that can effectively capture dust particles, prevent them from flying, avoid dust from reaching explosive concentration limits, and simultaneously reduce dust temperature and toxicity, minimizing the risk of combustion or explosion (such as in large ash immersion equipment).
The equipment adopts an overall explosion-proof structure, including explosion-proof motors, explosion-proof electrical components, explosion rupture discs, anti-static filter elements, anti-static hoses and accessories, etc. The internal circuit is separated from air to prevent sparks from triggering explosions. Meanwhile, the equipment has passed strict explosion-proof certifications, such as China CNEX explosion-proof certification and international ATEX explosion-proof certification, ensuring safe and reliable operation in hazardous environments.
It can be applied to various specialized occasions, such as 3D printing, magnesium products, chemical plants, heavy mining, aerospace, metal processing and other occasions with explosion-proof requirements.

Filtration material: Equipped with PTFE waterproof, oil-proof and anti-static coated polyester filter element.

The equipment adopts an overall explosion-proof structural design, using brushless explosion-proof vacuum motors.

The water filtration unit forms multi-layer S-shaped channels with specially designed water-repellent rubber and plastic to prevent water from flowing along with negative pressure airflow.

Adopting a new generation of polymer materials and spatial cross-linking technology, making the demister baffle more absorbent and wear-resistant, as well as resistant to mildew and odor, discharging dry air.

The liquid level display is equipped with a transparent observation window for better understanding of water level.
