The VXF series water bath explosion-proof cyclone wet dust collector consists of a spray pipe, cylinder, cone, intake pipe, exhaust pipe, and water tank. Modular assembly structure, material can be made of carbon steel spray coating or stainless steel. When the smoke enters the spray pipe from the suction port in a tangential direction, the water mist sprayed out by the nozzle and the smoke form droplets under the impact of high-speed airflow. Under the principle of cyclone, the generated centrifugal force is used to throw the droplets towards the wall of the cyclone body, causing the droplets that have lost inertia to fall into the water tank under the action of gravity, and the clean gas is discharged in the opposite direction through the exhaust pipe. Widely applicable to dry wet mixed processing, grinding and polishing processing, processing of flammable and explosive media, viscous dust, baking wet mist oil mist and other fields.
