Ingmar XDX series three-phase small-sized industrial dust collector with upper and lower separated barrels is available in carbon steel with plastic coating or all-stainless steel. It can operate continuously for long periods. · Main machine: Ingmar customised dual-frequency high-pressure vortex fan (50Hz60Hz), can run continuously for a long time, equipped with a noise reduction device to better protect the environment
· Control: Electrical control part is safe and reliable, equipped with customised PLC control system (optional) and motor protector, overload, phase failure, phase sequence switch
Material: The whole machine is all-metal design, durable and not easy to be damaged.
· Filter: the upper and lower barrels are separated, there is an independent filtration chamber, using imported membrane filter element, the filtration precision can reach 0.3μm, high filtration precision, better permeability, discharging cleaner air, to avoid secondary pollution.
· Ash cleaning: various ways of ash cleaning, blowing. Electronic. Full-automatic ash-cleaning methods can be selected to avoid clogging of the filter element to reduce suction, easy and quick operation, so that the suction force is strong and durable.
